9 children, 6 siblings and 97 cousins may have had something to do with Lisa's desire to study parenting. Lisa took a parenting class based on Adlerian (Alfred Adler) theories that proved to be the most humbling experience of her life. She learned that to raise loving, responsible, confident and happy children she would need to start with herself. So Lisa started taking more classes. She started applying the tools and little by little her home became a calmer place to be and her job as a mother didn't really feel like a job at all. Lisa founded The Parenting Playbook to bring these life-changing tools to more families. By applying them, you will enjoy deeper harmony, peace and understanding in your home.

My name is Jeannine! I give Spiritual Direction from the Catholic tradition. If you’re interested in Spiritual Direction, you can head over to my spiritual direction page. My certification is through Divine Mercy University in Sterling, VA. There’s lots of information to check out to see if it’s of interest to you. If you think so please get in touch through the contact page.
I had a reversion back to my Catholic faith in my mid-late twenties. From there I tried to fill my head with God – I have advanced degrees in Religion and Religious Studies from Providence College, and in Theology from the Catholic University of America. I have certification in Theology of the Body from the Theology of the Body Institute and more recently, in Spiritual Direction from Divine Mercy University. All good stuff…but God wasn’t going for it. He wanted my heart. Theology of the Body was the chink in my armored heart and a twelve step program of adult children who come from hard places blew it open. I’m so grateful to both for giving me back my life and showing me how to live in deeper relationships with God and others.

I’m passionate about guiding high school students, college students, and early career professionals to realize their best possibilities for a career path and purpose.
Early in my career in human resources, I worked closely with candidates and hiring managers, developing a solid understanding of the hiring process, companies’ priorities, and candidates’ intentions to find the right job. Along the way, I realized that students and early career professionals need guidance to uncover their gifts, clearly articulate their strengths, and identify resources to access professional opportunities.
I started Impact Career Growth to address those needs, helping individuals plan the next phase of their school and/or professional journey and find satisfying careers.
Clients describe me as easy to talk to, kind, caring, and energizing. I enjoy working with a diverse population of clients, including those that find classwork engaging and others who do not enjoy the rigor of school academics. I have successfully assisted career explorers who identify as dyslexic, and as having ADHD, and others with anxiety, depression, OCD, and post-concussion challenges.
Whether you’re college-bound, a GAP year student, or a student ready to work right after high school, I can help you navigate your next important steps. Each of us faces challenges and uncertainty at some point in our career journey. I’m here to help you create a roadmap for success that will carry you through your professional life.
